Processing Time and Shipping

All orders take 3 days (excluding holydays and weekends) to be processed. Your product is shipped once your payment is confirmed, and you are notified via email with your tracking number. It takes an additional 7-10 business day for orders to be received. All orders placed between Fridays- Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Delivery
All orders are sent via USPS. Please allow an additional 7-10 business day for delivery.

Refund/ Exchange policy

If you ordered our Elite Virgin Human and wish to return/ exchange the product for any reason, we will happily exchange or accept the product for a refund. There are certain guidelines to our generous return policy. The guidelines are listed below:
1. You must request a return within 2 weeks of receiving the product (tracking delivery date)
2. Hair must be unopened, untampered, and in original condition
3. You must contact us to receive return instructions; we are not responsible for return to sender packages that get lost in the mail. Please return the product to the address provided in your return instructions
5. Once the product is returned your refund is issued via the same method that payment was made
Due to the generous nature of our guarantee we strictly enforce the following terms and conditions
• Shipping is nonrefundable
• All customers must contact customer service before returning their product
• No return/ exchange will be accepted 2 weeks after confirmation that the product was delivered
